Ruth Knight was born in 1771 in Massachusetts. She was daughter of Enos Knight
1729–1804 and Lois Gould Knight 1726–1788.
Eli Whitcomb married Ruth Knight 7 February 1793 in New Ipswich, Hillsborough, New Hampshire.
She died on Mar 27, 1849 and is buried in Sylvania, Wisconsin at Sylvania Cemetery. [1]
