KRUG Roy H. Krug, 85 years of Oswego, Illinois, died Monday, May 31, 1999 at Copley-Rush Medical Center in Aurora, Illinois. He was born November 9, 1913 in rural Yorkville, Illinois, the son of the late Theodore and Clara nee Dhuse Krug. He was engaged in farming his entire life in the Oswego Twp. Area and had worked at the Oswego Grain Elevator. He was a member of the Oswego Presbyterian Church for 59 years where he had held many offices within the church, Village Senior Citizen Group within the church, The Friendly Neighbors Club, Raven Masonic Lodge #303 AF&AM for 57 years along with being the secretary of the Lodge for 34 years, Loraine Chapter O.E.S. for 58 years, Scottish Rite 32nd Degree of Chicago, Illinois and the Kendall County Farm Bureau. He is survived by his wife Ollye V. nee Wooley, a daughter, Karen A. (William) Heise of Oswego, Illinois two grand daughters Debra L. Frederick) Besco of Oswego, Illinois, Diane M. (Mark) Mischke of Glenview, Illinois, a sister-in-law Henrietta Krug of Colorado Springs, CO and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Elmer Krug and a sister-in-law Alice Krug. Visitation will be held at the McKeown-Dunn Funeral Home LTD., in Oswego on Wednesday, June 2, 1999 from 4:00 to 7:30 P.M. A Masonic Service will be conducted at Raven Masonic Lodge #303 at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 3, 1999 at 10:00 A.M. at the Oswego Presbyterian Church in Oswego, Illinois with Rev. Robert McQuilkin officiating. Burial will take place at Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora, Illinois. Memorials may be directed to Oswego Presbyterian Church, Rt. 25, Oswego, Illinois 60543.
