Biography

Jacob was born in 1864. He was the son of William Lamb and Elizabeth Saufley. The 1870 and 1880 census information shows him living with his parents and siblings in Rockingham County, Virginia. [1][2] In about 1888 he married Cora Saufley. The 1900, 1910, 1920, and 1930 census information shows him living with his wife and children in Rockingham County, Virginia. [3] [4][5][6] He was a farmer, active in his church and community. Jacob passed away in 1937. [7] [8]
