Biography

Frances was born in 1782 at Holsham, Norfolk, England. She was the daughter of Charles Lambart and Frances Dutton.

She married Charles Chetwynd-Talbot 2nd Earl Talbot of Hensol (son of John Chetwynd-Talbot, 1st Earl Talbot of Hensol and Lady Charlotte Hill) on 28 August 1800 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.

They had the following children;
