Biography

John was born in 1861. He was the son of William Lancashire and Alice Baron. On 3 Oct 1880, at St. Mary's in Preston, Lancashire, England, he married Hannah Sinclair. They had approx. 10 children. They lived in Preston, Lancashire throughout their lives. It was here he passed away in 1925. It is unknown where he is buried or if he was cremated.

HIs occupation on census records was: "Cotton Weaver" (1871), "Fireman at Cotton Mill" (1881) & "Pork butcher" (1891, 1901).
