Biography
Ola Jonsen Langli was born in 1723 on Stor-Langli, Selbo, Sør-Trøndelag, Norway. He was the son of Jon Renaldsen Langli (ca. 1690-1757) and Gertrude Olsdt. In 1746 he married Eli Nilsdt. Aunet from Pigarden. Eli was born in 1722 and was the daughter of Nils Eriksen Aunet (abt 1688-1732) and Kari Ellevsdt. (abt 1697-1771). Ola and Eli manged Stor-Langli from 1747 until 1792. Ola died in 1792 and Eli died in 1793.

1. Jon, b: 1747, ran the farm.
2. Nils, b: 1748, m: Goro Olsdt. Dragsten, took over half the consumption,
3. Renald, b: 1749, d: 1772.
4. Gertrude, b: 1751, m: Sjurd Anderssen Langset, Utigard.
5. Gunnar, b: ca. 1753, m: Siri Guttormsdt. Langlivannet, took over half the consumption.
6. Ola, b: 1757, m: Helke Jonsd. Bårsetplassen.
7. Kari, b: 1759, m: Bersven Olsen Dragsten, Pigarden.
8. Erik, b: 1762, m: widow Kari Ingebriktsdt. Eidem, cheesemakers, went to Eidem.
9. Ingeborg, b: 1766, d: 1769.
