Fanny (also on occasions spelled Fannie) was born in 1886. She was the daughter of Sidney Latcham and Susan Dibble.
Like her two older sisters, Fanny remained unmarried, and stayed close to her parents, helping them with the management of Causeway Farm (where she herself may actually have been born) up to and after their deaths in the 1930s. She passed away not long afterwards. In her will she left money to two favourite first cousins, offspring of one or other of her mother's brothers.
