Biography
Marie Rose Lavoie was born and baptized on 15 Jun 1815 in Saint-Louis parish in Kamouraska. She was the daughter of Augustin Lavoie and his wife Marie Catherine Leclerc. Godparents at Rose's baptism were Augustin Lavoie and Brigitte Lévêque. At age 27 Rose married François Lévêque on 7 Nov 1842 in Saint-Louis parish.
