Research Notes

Death source states Mother's maiden name is Ramsay, which does not match the linked mother. No Birth source is found on Scotland's People for Jane / Janet / Jean as a child of Thomas Leadbeater / Leadbetter and Catherine / Katherine Maxwell. There is a birth source for Elisabeth Boyd, b 17 Oct 1822 and christened 24 Nov 1822,^[7] as well as other children of that couple.
