Biography
- Edwin Marvalden Leavitt was born either 17 Apr 1828 or 11 Apr 1823 in Minot, Maine, the son of Martin and Julia Hotchkiss Leavitt. He married Sarah Eusebia Pratt in Turner, Maine on 25 Nov 1855. He died in Akron, Colorado on 16 Nov 1918 and is buried in Auburn, Maine at the Mount Auburn Cemetery.
