All were born in Maine. Julia, Lorette, Aubrey, Dorillus and Rackley all attended school within the past year. Arch owns real estate valued at $2350.
She married Roscoe Green Dillingham at Turner on 26 Oct 1852. They were the parents of two known children:
The 1860 US census for Turner, Maine lists the residents of a home located in Turner, in an area serviced by the North Turner Post Office as head of household Wallace B Dillingham (35), a farmer, Julia A Dillingham (27), Roscoe G Dillingham (27), a farmer, Clarinda Dillingham (30), Fanny M Dillingham (6), attends school, and James M Dillingham (2). Wallace and Roscoe are brothers, and Julia and Clarinda are sisters. They all live next-door to the Dillingham's parents, Ajalon Dillingham (70), a farmer and Betsey Dillingham (68).
The 1870 US census for Turner, Maine lists residents Ajalon Dillingham (80), retired farmer, Betsey Dillingham (78), retired, Roscoe G Dillingham (37), farming, Clarinda Dillingham (40), keeping house, Fannie M Dillingham (16), attends school, James M Dillingham (11), attends school and Dexter Merrill (19), who cannot read or write and is identified as "idiotic" on this report. Roscoe owns real estate valued at $2000 and has a personal estate valued at $900.
The 1880 US census for Turner, Maine lists residents Roscoe Dillingham (47), a farmer, his wife Clarinda (51), keeping house, daughter Fannie M (26), housekeeping, son James M (21), works on farm and servant Frank Hussey (30), widowed, works on farm.
The 1900 US census for Turner, Maine lists the residents of a farm owned by head of household James M Dillingham (42), a farmer, his wife Carrie N (38), daughter Jessie M (19) and mother, widow Clarinda Dillingham (71). All except for Carrie were born in Maine; Carrie was born in Ohio. James and Carrie have been married for nineteen years and Carrie has given birth to one child. Clarinda is the mother of two, one living at the time of this census.
The 1910 US census for Auburn, Maine conducted 16 Apr 1910 lists the residents of a home located at 24 Highland Avenue as head of household W. B. Dillingham (85), his wife of fifty-seven years, Julia A Dillingham (77), and his widowed sister-in-law (Julia's sister), Clarinda (80). Julia has not given birth to any children and Clarinda is the mother of two, one living at the time of the census.
Clarinda passed away at her brother-in-law and sister's home at 24 Highland Avenue, Auburn, Maine in 1910 and is buried at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Turner, Maine.
