Biography
Elisabeth Kortmann, nee Legemann, was born about 1762.
Elisabeth married Gerhardus Henricus Kottman. They were mentioned in the marriage record of her son Johann Henrich in 1810 in Datteln:
On 20 Nov 1810 Henrich Kortmann, son of Gerd Henrich Kortmann and his wife Elisabeth Legemann, married Anna Maria Niehaus, daughter of Gerd Henrich Niehaus and his wife Anna Margaretha Baar in Datteln, Herzogtum Berg, Kreis Recklinghausen, Königreich Westfalen, Rheinbund.[1]
On 1 Sep 1782 Joannes Gerardus Buschmann, legitimate son of Jois Theodori Buschmanns called Kotte / Kottmann and his wife Mechtildis Riesenhauß married Anna Maria Elisabeth Lagemann, legitimate daughter of Joannis Theodori Lagemann and his wife Anna Maria Böckelmann in Datteln. [2]
Elisabeth died on December 10, 1827 in Datteln, and was buried on the 12th of December.[3]
