Biography
Birth: Pieter was born in Krommenie, North Holland in 1829 to Cornelius Leguijt and Neeltje Jongeneel as listed on his marriage record.
Marriage: Pieter (age 23), son of Cornelis Leguijt & Neeltje Jongeneel, married Aaltje Bakker on 5 June 1853 in Krommenie.[1]As a 23 year old carpenter in training he married Aaltje Bakker in 1853. [2]
Death of Spouse: His wife, Aaltje, died when only 40 yo in 1869. Their 2 daughters were 14 yo and 10 yo at the time. [3]
Death: Pieter lived a long life and passed away in 1908.[4]
