Anna Fay Lence, aka Lentz, was born in Williamson County, Illinois, United States on 13 October 1893. She was the daughter of John Lence and Tranquil Skinner.[1] Her parents divorced when she was young and her mother remarried.
Fay, age 18, married Bert Dillinger, age 19, on 4 November 1911 in Williamson County.[2] Their children include: Royal Dillinger, Virginia Eileen Dillinger,[3] and Bert Edwin Dillinger.[4]
Fay died on 7 August 1939 in Carbondale, Jackson County, Illinois at age 45. She was buried in Dillinger Cemetery in Carbondale.[5]
