Biography

Isaac was born in 1842. He was the son of William Lennox and Nancy Johnson
Marriage to Mary Elizabeth Stibbard on 29 May 1872 at York Township, Ontario, Canada
He died in 1924 and was buried on 21 April 1924 at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada

Research Notes

Be very careful, there are many branches of the Lennox family in Simcoe County, many of the descendants of the ancestor immigrants have the same first names.
The 1851/52 census was not taken in many parts of this area, the records for the places where the census was taken no longer exist.
The 1861 Census often only has initials for the first names of people listed on the census. The 1861 Census of Canada has what appears to be the word lent or perhaps gent after his father's last name Lennox. Lent has been added to the names of the children listed after him.
The 1881 census is a mess, Isaac and his family are on lines 13-17 on Year: 1881; Census Place: Parkdale, York West, Ontario; Roll: C_13248; Page: 42; Family No: 189, but Isaac has been included in the Spaulding family who are above him on the census page.
