Biography

Zadock Lew is a part of US Black heritage.

Zadock was a musician and lived his whole life in Dracut, Massachusetts.

Zadock married Sarah "Salley" Bristow (various spellings) in 1794 in Andover, Massachusetts.

Research Notes

• An online source for Zadock's birth has not been found. He is an accepted son of Barzillai and Dinah in multiple sources and one of the sons who inherited the father's property at his death.

• Possible child: Dorcas Valinda born in 1800, was married to William Goddard (abt.1778-abt.1861) in 1840 in Boston and died in 1846.
