Martha was born about 1750 in Stratford, Fairfield, Connecticut Colony. She was the daughter of Ichabod Lewis and Sarah (Beardsley) Lewis.
She married Samuel Mills.
She died on 18 May 1778 in Bedford, Westchester, New York.
