Edward was given the name Henry when he was born near Clare, South Australia in 1862. He was the son of August Lindner and Friederike Veit [1]. Edward passed away in 1940 [2].
Edward married Annie Emily Jacka in the Baptist Church, Halbury, South Australia, 12th March 1890 [3]. Their first child, Annie Emily, was born 13th Dec 1890 [4]. Edward's wife died soon afterwards on 18th Dec 1890 [5].
Edward then married Bertha Huckel at the residence of Rev. E. Bungey in Clare, South Australia, 21st May 1891[6].
The White Hut Methodist Chapel is at 176 Hubbe Road, at what is now known as Stanley Flat. This area was White Hut. The chapel has been converted to accommodation. There's a small cemetery behind it. https://www.weekendnotes.com/white-hut-chapel/
