Annie was born in 1858. She passed away in 1947.

Annie was born at Forth, and was the eldest daughter of the late Mr. William Ling, of Seabrook Road. She lived most of her married life at Penguin and Devonport. Her father was one of an early band of pioneers and when, she first arrived at Penguin with her parents there were only two or three settlers there. The bush country at the rear of the town was in its virgin state, and there were only bush tracks. Her husband came from Norfolk, England, 90 years ago in the sailing ship Southern Eagle. He settled at Don, where timber and potatoes were the staple industries. Mrs. Revell had a family of 14 children. (sic 17 children)
