Biography
William was born in 1749. He was the son of Owen Loyd and Susannah Blackburne.
William married Mary Hampton Jones, daughter of Sacheverel Jones, by his wife Jane Hampton, of Henlys, Beaumaris, on 7 December 1771.

- Owen b. 7 Mar 1774 married Catherine Penefather, daughter of Col. Richard Pennefather, of New Park, co. Tipperary on 31 Dec. 1801.
