Mary married Jesse A. Wilson (born in 1790 in South Carolina).

In the 1860 census Mary (age 55) was in Clay, Florida with her husband Jesse. He was a farmer. There were two other males living with them: a 55-year-old man and a twelve-year-old boy.[1]

Research Notes

The Bible of Louisa Wilson lists that Jesse and Mary were buried at Beulah, Florida at the church cemetery. Some researchers believe that Mary was a "Snowden" by birth. Others do not believe there is primary source documentation to prove her maiden name yet.

Without documentation or DNA on this line , it will have to remain an unknown at this point. The hope is that autosomal DNA will eventually help prove this out to a conclusion.

Hi Deborah,

Will you change the LNAB to Unknown and only use Unknown as a LNAB on profiles where the LNAB is unknown. Variations of unknown are unacceptable (ie; Lnu Unproeven, etc.) Thanks
