Born 1769, baptised 13 Jan 1771 in Penkridge, St Michael & All Angels, Staffordshire, England. [1] Married Mary Leek on 22 Nov 1789 in St Peter's, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, England. [2] He died in 1849 and was buried on 15 May 1849 at St Nicholas, Codsall, Staffordshire, England. [3]
