Biography
Arabella was 1 year old on the 1880 Fed Census for McMinn, Tennessee. She is living with her parents Henry and Susan and older siblings Sarah and John.[1]
She is still single and living at home with her parents on the 1900 Fed Census. She is still listed as Arabell with brothers John W, James M, William G, Phillip F and sisters Emma C and Laura E. Also in the house is her mother's mother, Sarah A Cloninger.[2]
According to Tennessee marriage records she married her first husband J B Shackelford 26 May 1901[3]
The couple had at least one son John Henry Shackelford born 1904.[4]
Her husband John Bryson Shackelford died about 1910[5]
She later remarried Mr Manning and is buried as Arabella "Arrie Bell" Lones Manning. The informant on the death certificate on the Find a Grave website is listed and the son J H Shackelford.[6]
