Biography

Sarah "Sally" Lones, daughter of Adam Lones and Catherine (Smelcer) Lones, was born on 27 Nov. 1843 in Tennessee.[1] She appeared on the census of 18 Sep. 1850 in the home of her parents at Subdivision 10, Greene, Tennessee.[2]

She married William Crawford Justice on 17 Feb. 1859 at Greene County, Tennessee.[3]

She and William Crawford appeared on the census of 10 July 1860 at District 6, Greene, Tennessee.[4]

She married Henry Lowe on 24 June 1866 at Greene County, Tennessee.[5]

She and Henry appeared on the census of 19 Sep. 1870 at District 19, Greene, Tennessee.[6]

Sarah died on 24 May 1924 at Midway, Greene, Tennessee and was buried at Saint Joseph Chapel Cemetery, Midway, Greene County, Tennessee.[1] Her memorial has a photo of her headstone and links to those of family members.[7]
