Spouse is not confident. 17 years is a large gap between the marriage of Joan Grant to Cabbell, and the birth of Martha Long (his daughter). On the other hand, Cabbell Long is a very unique name. More research is needed.
There seems to be a generation missing here. This is more likely: Cabel married Jone Abraham on 19 October 1676 in Trowbridge.[1]
