Louis Isidore Philéas Lortie was born on 11 Feb 1860 and baptized the following day in Saint-Roch parish of Québec, Bas-Canada. His parents were Alexandre Lortie and Marie Ouellet.[1]
Marriage Philéas Lortie married Marie Leocadie Ouellet, minor daughter of Louis Ouellet and Hélène Dupont, on 27 Nov 1883 in Sainte-Luce parish of Rimouski, Québec, Canada.[2]
