Crittenden Press - Oct. 5, 1899 - Mr. James H. Love died at the home of his son, Jefferson, near Dunn Springs Church Sat. Oct. 1st, after an illness of one month. He had been in declining health for a year or more. Mr. Love was born in this county in 1836. Forty-five years ago he united with the Methodist Church. His father, Andrew Love, died in this county many years ago, leaving a large family, among them besides James, Thomas Love, of Livingston County, Henry, Charles W. and John Love of this county and Mrs. Richard Flanary. Mr. Love's wife and five children survive him, they are Jefferson and Edward and Foster, and Mrs J.L. Millican, and Miss Nora.
