The son of Justus Lowe and Mary (Lamberson) Lowe, Eldridge was born in Ridgeway in 1860.[1][2]He married Cynthia Ann Gould (1860-1895), the daughter of Franklin Gould and Mary Ann Charlotte Frazer, having one daughter together, Nina (Lowe) Sturtevant (1884-1970). Cynthia passed away in 1895 and Eldridge remarried, marrying Edith J. Montgomery and Ella M. Montgomery. In 1900, the couple, and the three children, made their home in Ridgeway Township, where Eldridge farmed.[4]
Eldridge passed away at the age of 40 and is buried at Ridgeway Cemetery in Ridgeway Township.[5] Edith remarried, marrying Fred B. Harrison, divorcing before 1930.
