Eldora was born in 1882. She was the daughter of Abel Lowe and Sarah Moore. She passed away in 1951.

Death of Mrs. Isac Tipert occurred at her home in New Germany early Sunday morning, February 25, 1951.
During the past week Mrs. Tipert had been suffering from influenza which developed into pneumonia and her death, after only a few days illness, came as a great shock to her family and friends.
The late Mrs. Tipert was before marriage Miss Dora Lowe, daughter of the late Abel and Sarah Moore Lowe. She was 69.
She was born in Simpson's Corner, but with her family, moved to Bridgetown at an early age.
Surviving are a sorrowing husband; five daughters and three sons; Meda (Mrs. Walter Whynot); Edith (Mrs. Eugene Poole); Amy (Mrs. Frank Meisner); Margaret (Mrs. Murray Ward); Elsie (Mrs. Randolph Veinot); Max, Layton, and Reginald, all of New Germany. There are 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Annie Whynot, Bridgetown; Bertha (Mrs. Elwin Daniels) Lawrencetown; four brothers, Gilbert, Harley, Sollie and Porter Lowe, all of Bridgetown.
Rev. W.R. Martell, rector of St. John's, conducted the funeral service at the Anglican Church, Tuesday afternoon.
Pall bearers were D.A. Parnell, E.J. Raimey, Reginald DeLong, and Cecil Conrad. Interment was made in Lakeside Cemetery, New Germany.
