Biography
William was born 25 August 1916 in Bee Ridge, (then) Manatee County, Florida.[1] He was the son of Lawrence Leon Lowe and Mary Agnes Tatum.
He married Ella Gertrude Morgan on 13 March 1938 in Punta Gorda, Charlotte County, in a ceremony performed by J. H. Sutley, Minister.[2] The witnesses were Julian G. Kicklighter and Mrs. Julian G. Kicklighter.
William died in September 1968 in Sarasota,[3] and he is buried there in the Sarasota Memorial Park.[4]
