Millard Cleo Loy was born on 5 Oct 1918 in Adair County, Kentucky, United States to Millard Loy and Mary Lydia Stone.[1]
Married Harriet Ellen Wheeler on May 26, 1940.[1][2]
During World War II, Dr Loy served as Private First Class from 1943 to 46 and held the rank of Captain in the United States Army, from 1953 to 55.[1]
Millard died on 7 Apr 1990 in Adair aged 71. He is buried in Columbia Cemetery, Columbia, Kentucky.
