Johanna Luisa Lusch was born 24 Oct 1819 in Pawłowa, Poland, to Gottfried "Bogusław" Lusch and his wife Dorothea Elisabeth, née Leske. The entry reads:

Pawłowo: 1819 Die 31. octobris. Ego Sacerdos Martinus Rudzinski, Parochus Ecclesiae Parochialis Kociszeviensis, Baptisavi Infantim Joannam Lovisam natam die 24 ejusdem m. et a. c. Filiam Godfridi et Dorotheae de Leszki Lusiow L. C. P. f. Godlib Kobernik et Eva Rosina Hoffmanowna virgo. Assistente Josephus Wejman celebs, et Renata Kobernikowna virgo, Michael Baier {?????} et Marianna Prydkowna virgo. ^[1]

„Pawłowa: On 31 Oct 1819, I, the Priest Martinus Rudzinski, Pastor in the parish of Kociszew, baptized a child, who was given the names Johanna Luisa, born on the 24th same month as daughter of Gottfried Luś and his legitimate wife Dorothea, née Leszke. Godparents were Gottlieb Kobernik and the maiden Eva Rosina Hoffmann. Witnesses were the bachelor Josephus Wejman, and the maiden Renata Kobernik, as well as Michael Baier and the maiden Marianna Prydkowna.”
