Paul was born in 1903. He was the son of Peder Løberg and Marit Eggen. Their family lived in Melhus, Sør-Trøndelag, Norway (Rural residence: 0017 Storrønningen).[1] Paul came to Canada in 1913 from Norway. In 1921, he farmed with his family in Parkland, Alberta.[2]
