Margaret (Maddison) Hall was born in County Durham, England.

Margaret Maddison was born in Dunston, Durham, on 4 March 1804 and was the fifth daughter of John Maddison and Elizabeth Swindle.^[1]

Margaret married William Hall in Medomsley, Durham, on 24 November 1823 and they had five children.^[2]
