Toussaint was the son of Jacques Maillaud and Perrine Ayrault. He was baptized 7 March 1623 at Saint-Paul-en-Pareds in the former French province of Poitou.[1]
Toussaint died 6 April 1695 and was buried at Saint-Paul-en-Pareds with his son René among those present.[2]

Actually per the fichier of their son, Claude was 5 years younger than Toussaint. They were certainly older parents, if the fichier is correct, but not impossible, with Toussaint 31 and Claude 36.
The marriage to Claude Boucher seems unlikely since she was 30 years older than Toussaint. Also their child Jean Maillot was born in 1660 when Claude would have been 55 years old.
