Biography

Jean Baptiste Malboeuf was born about 1732 [1]

He married Marie Josephe Morin on 24 January 1752 at Saint-Pierre-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud of Montmagny. [2] His first wife passed away in 1756.

He remarried to Marie Geneviève Fournier on 6 November 1758 at Saint-Pierre-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud of Montmagny. [3] Together, they had the following (known) children[4]:

  1. Jean Baptiste, n. 15 November 1759, d. 26 March 1842; he married Marie Charlotte Berthiaume on 10 February 1795 at St-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-Lévy of Lauzon.
  2. Marie Louise, n. ~ 1762, d. 7 March 1798, (unmarried)
  3. Ambroise, n. 3 April 1764, d. 10 May 1838; he married Marie Ursule DUCLOS on 30 September 1793 at Ste-Anne-des-Plaines
  4. Marie Rose Rosalie, n. 21 March 1766, d. 7 October 1832; she married Louis HUOT on 14 October 1782 at St-Louis-de-France, Terrebonne
  5. Pierre, n. 16 April 1768, d. 12 February 1815; he married Marie Elisabeth RIQUET LAVERDURE at Ste-Anne-des-Plaines on 14 September 1795
  6. Marie Desanges, n. 31 July 1770, d. 9 October 1840, (unmarried)
  7. Charles, n. 31 October 1772, d. 8 January 1848; he married Marie Amable THERRIEN on 16 September 1779 at St-Louis-de-France, Terrebonne
  8. Joseph, n. 17 March 1775; he married Louise LABELLE on 14 November 1808 at Ste-Anne-des-Plaines
  9. Germain, n. 21 May 1777; he married Marie CYR on 25 January 1808 at Ste-Marguerite-de-Blairfindie of L'Acadie


He passed away on 30 March 1796 in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines. [5]
