He was apparently the first of this Mallicoat line to move west. By 1799 they had moved west to Grainger County, Tennessee. His parents and siblings followed later. He sold his land in 1842 and possibly moved to Hambledon Hamilton County, Tennessee. [2]
Unsourced information has him passing away in 1845 in Hamblen County.[citation needed]
