Biography
Jacob was born in Voxna parish 26 March 1794 and baptized on the 30th. He was the son of smith Jonas Malmgren an his wife Susanna Woxström in Broberg[1][2]
Smith's helper Jacob Malmgren married the forester's daughter Anna Brita Kilman in Voxna 4 October 1818.[3]
Jacob Malmgren was a journeyman smith at the upper hammer in Kilafors.[4] He was only 37 when he died from nerve fever 22 September 1831.[5]
