Biography
Grover Cleveland Manes was born on January 20, 1885, in Fulton, Arkansas, his father, Nicholas, was 30 and his mother, Melissa, was 30. He married Ola Odessa Kirkland on February 17, 1926, in Lynn, Texas. They had four children in 12 years. He died on December 29, 1954, in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the age of 69, and was buried there.[1]
