FAIRLAND, Okla. – Willard Marple, 75, Fairland route 3, died at 4:20 a.m. Wednesday in a Jay nursing home after a long illness.
Mr. Marple was born July 15, 1898, in the State of Kansas, and moved to Fairland in 1922 from Topeka, Kan. He was a retired dairyman and a member of the Presbyterian church.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Mary Anderson, Tulsa, Okla.
Arrangements will be announced by Cooper Funeral Home, Miami.
