Theodore S. Martin was born September 16, 1852 to James Martin and Elizabeth Caroline Cox in Cherokee County, Georgia.[1]

He married Servilla Vastine Cone . Their children were:

  4. Charles Acie Martin
  5. George A Martin
  6. Joseph Calvin Martin
  7. Mona Martin
  8. Emily Ellen Martin
  9. Eva Caroline Martin

He married Mary F. "Molly" Kirby on November 8, 1896 in Morgan County, Alabama..[3] Their children were:

  1. Eva Caroline Martin
  2. William Harris Martin

He died, at the age of 69, on April 7, 1926 in Albany, Alabama.[1] He is buried at the Decatur City Cemetery, Decatur, Morgan County, Alabama.[4]
