Biography

Howard Clayton Martin was born in 11 June 1925 in Illinois. He was the son of Leighton Martin and Minnie Mattson.

He married Doris Marie Morin, daughter of William G Morin and Rose Bizon (1921-1982) He adopted her two children :

  • Robert William (1940-2005)
  • Mary

They had one child together:

  • Howard Allen Martin (1945-1988)

He died 31 December 1981 in Portland, Maine. He is buried at Scarborough Cemetery, Cumberland County, Maine. She died the next year and is buried next to him.
