Biography

Sadey was born to Thomas and Mary Arnold Mason in Medfield on November 1, 1730

Sadey married Sarah Ellis, his first cousin.^[1]

Sadey and Sarah settled in Princeton and had:^[2]

• Paul, b. Feb. 15, 1761, married Betsey Priest of Rutland, July 24, 1786
• Silas, b. May 10, 1765, married Susanna Underwood, Sept. 16, 1786
• Abigail, b. 25 March, between 1767 and 1772, married Moses Garfield, 1790
• Hannah, b. Oct. 5, 1774, died in 1777

Ensign Sadey Mason died in Princeton on Sept. 4, 1804. His widow Sarah died there in Feb or Mar, 1823.^[3]
