Catherine Mathie was born in the Shoalhaven district of NSW in 1884.[1] She was the daughter of Malcolm Mathie and Catherine Gell.
She died from anaemia on the 16th of January, 1902,[2][3][4] and was buried in the Nowra Cemetery.[5]
