Jacob was christened in 1701 in Marthalen, Zurich, Ellikon, Switzerland. He was the son of Hans Jacob Matzinger Sr. and Anna Frauenfelder.[1] He came to America in 1735 arriving in Philidelphia.[2]
Jacob died at the age of about 68 in 1763 in Northampton, Northampton, Pennsylvania, United States.
