Amanda (McCray) Bowie is a part of US Black heritage.
Amanda was born about 1848-1850.
In the 1880 census Amanda (age 30) was the wife of John Bowie in Justice Precinct 1, Gregg, Texas, United States.[1]
In the 1900 census Amanda (age 50) was the wife of John Wesley Bowie in Justice Precinct 1, Gregg, Texas, United States.[2]
In the 1910 census Mandy (age 60) was the wife of John Bowie in Longview Ward 4, Gregg, Texas, United States.[3]
In the 1920 census Mandy (age 65) was the wife of John Bowie in Longview, Gregg, Texas, United States.[4]
She passed away in 1924. Burial was in the Grace Hill Cemetery, Longview, Gregg County, Texas.[5]
