Note N85When searching the LDS ancestral files, I was able to find Elijah Spencer Reeves. He was listed as being married to a Margaret McDonald (different spelling). Also her birth year was listed as about 1826. I will have to watchlook for the two types of spelling. I need to get a copy of Birth record or Marriage record.

Family Record of Marguret Mc Dannald Reeves.

The following is a family record of Marguret Mc Dannald Reeves the 6th child of John Thomas Mc Dannald and his wife Marguret. Marguret was born in Nicholas Co. KY on the 26th day of January 1819, and was married to Elijah S. Reeves in Nicholas Co. KY in or about the year 1839. There were 8 children born to this union, the first of which was born in Nicholas Co. KY and the other seven were born in Brown Co. IL. Marguret's husband (Elijah S. Reeves) was a brother of Thomas C. Reeves and was Marguret's aunt Mary Mc Dannalds 2nd husband. And Thomas. and Mary Reeves were the father and mother of my grandfather Samuel Sylvester Reeves. Marguret Reeves, together with her husband and family crossed the plains by ox team in the year 1867, together with her brothers Daniel Webster Mc Dannald and his family. Marguret and her family settled in Eastern Oregon where she lived until her death on February 1, 1869. Her youngest child "Benjamin Franklin Reeves" is still living at this date, he will be 78 years of age on Nov. 25, 1936.
