Walter McDowell is a part of US Black heritage.

Walter was born in 1905. He is the son of Frank McDowell and Rebecca Day. In 1910^[1] and 1920^[2], the family was living in Courthouse, Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Walter passed away in 1929.^[3]
