Christine was born in the district of Nambucca River in 1885. [1] She is the daughter of Dugald McGregor and Janet Michael. Both of whom were Scottish immigrants.[2] She married Orlando Kennedy in Grafton in 1911.[3] Sometime later, she moved south to Bulli in the Wollongong area where she passed away,[4]She was buried at Woronora Memorial Park, Sutherland, NSW Australia.[5]

OBITUARY.
MRS. J. McGREGOR.
The death occurred on Wed-
nesday, May 3, of Mrs. Jessie Mc-
Gregor, aged 85 years, widow of
the late Dugald McGregor. She
resided with her daughter, Mrs.
Kennedy, at 105 Fitzroy street,
Grafton.
She is survived by three
daughters, Mrs. H. Brown (Pound
street), Mrs. L. Rea (Villieirs
street), and Mrs. C. Kennedy, and
seven grandchildren. Her son,
Lieut. C. W. McGregor, M.C., was
killed in the last war.
The funeral took place on
Thursday last in the Presbyterian
portion of the Grafton cemetery,
after a service at the residence
conducted by the Rev. Dr. John
Craig.
