Biography
Finley McGrew was born on Apr. 16, 1795 to Peter McGrew and Patience Hendricks.
A certificate was produced from the Menallen Monthly Meeting by Patience McGrew along with her four minor children; Peter Jr., Finley, Margaret and Rebecca and her two adult daughters; Ann and Mary, to Dunnings Creek Monthly Meeting, dated the 23rd day of the 3rd month, 1808, which was read and accepted.[1]
